"Starting grade" is the school exam result on the lesson before our first session, or the most recent CA / mid-year. "Final grade" is the most recent school exam at the time the engagement ended (or is current).

I entered JC without knowing much of what I wanted as a career. Allen in some sense not just teaches Math, but acts more like a mentor who brings about his insights in the STEM field through his industrial exposure. I feel inspired to puruse a career in Data Science and that is what led me to studying Math with a purpose.
